DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A RUN FOR YOUR MONEY.
DO NOT LET THEM ADD THE HEADPHONES THAT ARE "FREE" THEY END UP CHARGING YOU FOR THEM ANY HOW. YOU'RE BETTER OFF GETTING ALL YOUR ACCESSORIES OFF THE INTERNET . I GOT CHARGED $115 FOR A 68 DOLLAR PHONE MINUS THE UPGRADE CHARGE FOR HEADPHONE THAT WERE OFFERED TO ME FOR "FREE"
My mom got on the phone with Mohammad and he hung up on her due to my mom yelling at him for false advertising free headphones that come with the phone and we then talked to the manager who only told us to come in and we'll discuss it. Mohammad went over the reciete with me but it still didn't add up. I'm disappointed.

I recently switched to Metro PCS on Oct. 26th. The salesman Malcolm was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of Metro's line of phones and accessories. He went out of his way to explain all the details of my new phone and my service plan. Malcolm is a great asset to Metro PCS and was very friendly.

I have been a long time customer of Metro for years, and I have never had a problem this big until now. In late October, I purchased an iPhone from a very well-mannered salesman for $397. He gave me a wonderful deal with paying $70 a month for two lines, and I could not have been more pleased since I had gotten an iPhone! I was expecting to buy an Android because I knew they did not sell Apple products, but I was told by the salesman that they were just starting to sell iPhones. There they were, the iPhones in the showcase. But what a fool I was for walking in there! I took the phone to Apple after I was having some problems with the phone, and they ran a test. Apparently, it was a tampered-with phone and they could not fix my problem because of that and also because it was sold from a third party (something that I was not aware of since). The only thing that Apple could do was to give me a document stating all of this. I could not believe it! I paid the full $397 for a NEW iPhone, not a tampered with, refurbished phone that was used before. Even if they don't make these phones because of the new ones, why are you selling the 4 as an untouched, new phone, when it was already used and refurbished with problems? Outraged, I came to Metro and showed them the paperwork. They said the paperwork said nothing at all, and no one wanted to do anything. I tried to make a deal with them about returning it or at least pay the difference. They did not want to do either or. They made an offer saying that they will fix it for free within in five business days and that they will replace it. I gave them the phone on Sunday, and here I am one week later without the phone that they had claimed they would give me. The man whom we had spoken to was not there, although one of the other employees said that they would call him so we could talk to him. When we asked what the deal was with the phone, he said "It's not my problem!". Seriously, Metro? That's your response to your customers? They are not taking up to their responsibilities at all. They are not authorized to sell iPhones and Apple only has about three carriers that they are associated with. On the official Metro website, it says "Metro PCS does not sell Apple iPhones". So why are you selling them in your store?! Guess I was a fool for buying it from there because I thought "Hey, they just started selling them so maybe that's why we haven't seen the adds yet," but now if you go check online there is nothing. I haven't gotten any refund nor a new phone. NEVER buying from here again! The moral of the story goes back to the saying "Buyer beware!", and that is my advice to all of you!
