I would give less than one star if I could. Craptastic customer service. Customers are left waiting for long periods of time. I went in for a phone accessory and the gentleman told me he'd check for it. Never did. Just left me there waiting. Wound up ordering what I needed off of Amazon. Never wonder why people choose Amazon versus buying in person. Customer service is dead.

I had to replace my IPhone I went to the T-mobile store at 2912 N University Dr. Coral Springs & had the good Fortune to be helped by Cristal Douglas & had a great experience she is extremely professional , courteous & very knowledgeable & patient I found everybody at that location was very friendly & I highly recommend Cristal & that location I have T-Mobile locations closer to me but this store is extremely professional & courteous from the manager on down I now only will use this location..

Juan, the assistant manager, needs to implement a better system to manage how many customers are in the store. Relying on memory is not efficient. Waiting one hour in the store and called on someone else to go ahead of us, who kindly tried to tell him we were first and he didn't even try to act like he cared about his mistake. He also needs to watch how he talks to people, he came off aggressive when talking to another customer. I would not like to deal with him if i ever go back to this location.

Crystal and the crew were very professional and help me out. I can honestly say this store is the best to come to if you have issues with your phone. I highly recommend it. Go see Crystal or Brandon.

Victoria was very nice,even stay until after working hours,however to call customer service was a nightmare, took 2hours to get a phone ,needed approval from.main name on account,terrible customer service, needs to be improved to.say the least
