        No customer service, no smiling faces, no greetings at checkout and the sales are never what is posted, so the already overpriced items stay overpriced. Not a surprise they are going out of business, sorry to tell my truth.

        I loved toys r us was planning on taking my son there bi-monthly as reward, but now i fing out that the store is closing and all my future plans for my new born son is spoiled. Toys R Us you were great while you lasted.
