- Communicate securely with their clients through their own Client Portal
- Gather information quickly both from clients and from IRS transcripts (e-Services account required)
- Assess the taxpayer's financial situation with many tools included in the software
- Decide the best course of action for the case
- Carry out the formal representation procedure with the help of all the letters and forms a tax professional needs to that end. Most forms will be auto-populated by the software.
- Earn their CPE/CE credits by attending the seminars and webinars PitBullTax hosts a few times a year
