No communication regarding a disbursement. Check was delivered by UPS without even an envelope to enclose it. Arrived sodden, wrinkled and no notification from Ivan Shegota that I was receiving this until I contacted him to inquire what the next steps were. I would never, ever recommend them

My experience has been that, within almost 2 years, they contacted me 1x to go over my account, they are very poor at returning calls or messages, they deviated substantially from my agreed investment plan, and not only charged to manage my account but also passed on their investment advisor fees, and charge same management fee for funds invested in Treasury Bonds which most other advisory companies do not.
Needless to say I changed firms and the new firm charges much less, does not charge to hold Treasury Bonds, and contacts me frequently.
