Alterations employees will also be staying safe in both a mask and gloves. We'll take precautions such as increased sanitization in fitting rooms. If you had alterations being completed before our store closures and your completed garments are ready for pickup, we'll reach out to coordinate complimentary shipping of items directly to you. If safe Contactless Curbside Pickup is available at your store, you can choose to pick up completed garments via this method or have them shipped to you.

I had four towels monogrammed with four different names as gifts. They came out beautifully even though there was a small mistake on one of them. When they couldnâ€™t fix it the same day, Arturo offered to hand deliver it to my house when it was ready. He really went above and beyond to provide exceptional service.
