A Plus Mortgage

I’m a real estate agent in PA who recently had a listing and the buyer was using A Plus Mortgage. I was a little hesitant since I had never heard of the company and they were in Florida. I call the mortgage broker Felipe Chapman & he was immediately accessible and responsive anytime I reached out to him, which was quite a few times! Beyond that the buyers was Clear to close is less than 3 weeks. I was very happy with the professionalism I experienced!

My experience with Felipe Chaman was nothing less than amazing. Felipe was responsive and encouraging throughout the entire process. He was realistic as well, where other lender didn’t give me hope A plus Mortgage gave me that light at the end of the tunnel. Felipe communicated during every step and explained along the way. Felipe worked his way around ever obstacle underwriter came up with and stayed by my side from beginning to end. I'm so thankful for him and I am going to continue to refer him to everyone and giving him by own business because he truly cares for his customers.
