        Will never go back to Debbys.. hair stylist was very sweet but way to busy helping multiple clients ..and my hair suffered from it.. asked for couple inches to be cut off and I got at least 8 inches.. asked to fix color walked out with it way worse!!! Three different colors!!!and cut was nothing what I wanted and I showed her 5 pictures .. Had to go to different salon where she had no problem fixing the mess up and I mean horrible job.. now my hair is damaged husband called Debby which was useless excuses on how my hair turned out she stated my hair looked good stylist who fixed my hair was blown away how my hair looked she fixed hair and gave me products for free to help with the damage that she didnt even cause .., after 9 hours 2 salons and $500 later its over .. Thank you Debbys Loft for destroying my hair!!!

      Dusty I’m so sorry you feel that way. Claudia is one of our best. Just like I was sharing with your husband George, there was multiple layers of box color on your hair, we were trying to give you an even pallet, and balance your hair out. That entails color correction. You can’t do your hair at home for years and expect some one to correct it in 3 hours. A color correction like that usually takes all day, which could be as much as $1000, and we worked you in, to start the process.The other salon you went to had no idea what we started with. Please give me a call I’d be more than glad to reimburse you the full amount. Update. She was reimbursed, including $60 tip. Debby @ Debby’s Hairloft
