I hired Mark Lefcourt at the Criminal Defense Center three times. My reason for choosing him on the first case was his reputation for great results and great communication skills. I was never disappointed. In addition to winning my case he always responded back to me within minutes. I hired him a second time for an unrelated case, and was equally satisfied. So much so that when my ex-wife got a DUI, I told her to hire Mark Lefcourt. He got the DUI thrown out of court almost immediately. On top of that, she also had an active arrest warrant because of this DUI. Mark and his team were able to remove that arrest warrant in less than two weeks. She never even had to show her face in court. I am very impressed with his professionalism. I hope I will never have to hire him again. However, if I am in need, he is the only person I would hire. I was arrested for DUI. I did not know what to do but thankfully I have family in law-enforcement. All of them gave me the same name Mark Lefcourt. He got all criminal charges dismissed in less than two months. This was no easy task, because apparently Miami Dade has a task force. The best of the best. However, They were no match for my favorite attorney.

I referred to Mark Lefcourt law services on April 11/2022, following my first-time arrest on DUI charges (no accidents, and bac less than .15) on April 9, 2022. I reached out on my friend's advice, who recommended his practice. However, shortly after I paid Mark $14,000 for his services, which, as I later discovered, was 3x more than the usual market rate, I realised that his approach to working with clients lacks fundamental integrity and professionalism. Here are just some of the examples of how he's fallen short of his deliverables and basic professional competence: 1-On January 12, 2023, I was convicted of DUI in a court hearing. In response to this, he told me, 'Im a bad testifier, and I shouldnt testify like this and should plead guilty. Otherwise, Ill go to jail.' In all the time since I engaged him, between April 2022 and January 2023, he sent a few emails trying to put me in the program as a first-time DUI offender, but after that failed, he answered that I didnt have a valid driver's license. He knew from the beginning of the process that I held a valid Israeli driver's license, not an American driver's license but chose to go along with this action to clearly 'buy some time' and justify his outrageous $14,000 fees. 2- multiple times, he bragged about his 25 years of law experience that was supposed to help secure a different, more favourable outcome. Yet he did not deliver the outcome, charged me 3x times more than any other lawyer practising in this field on the same cases and blamed me for all of the negative outcomes of the case. If you are looking for a lawyer to help you in your DUI or another legal case, I strongly recommend steering away from Mark's services. I can guarantee that you will leave feeling disappointed about the service, handling, communication and outcome and will be left out of pocket. There are plenty of lawyers with more integrity out there. This is not one of them. Given my experience, I feel it is my obligation to warn potential clients about what they might be signing up for when referring to his services.
