Jeffery is really the best, great service and mindful of my time. His attention to detail and professionalism is really what keeps me coming back. The cocowalk location is great lots of parking and great if you want to catch a bite or movie after. Incredible location with exceptional service for adults and children alike. Roman is my and my son's barber there and I would highly recommend him because of his skills, demeanor and excellent attention to details. The front desk attendant Leilani is very nice as well.

Paid for a 45 min haircut, booked online. It ended up being a 15 min haircut, 30 min late, with a hairdresser who had a runny nose and was eager to finish his shift. Not the best experience. When complained to the greeter she said theres nothing I can do. I had a great experience my previous time here (Executive Service) and location is great.
