Wow!!! What an amazing office. Our son has more needs than most and this whole office has done nothing but go above and beyond for us. We go to several doctors for my sons needs and most offices are not this accommodating. We were referred here by our sons Autism school and I couldnt be happier that we found this place. They are also very responsive and truly care about kids with special needs.

Everything I read about this place before I moved here made it sound 5 star so with high hopes I gave it a go. Nope. I wasn't really greeted and welcomed with kindness. Wait times are incredibly long. My 6 month old was weighed clothed and with a dirty diaper and the paper measuring tape used for her measurements was all crinkly and just gross looking. As was the paper on the table in the room, not to mention everything everywhere just had a gross sticky feel to it. I felt like we were being rushed to get out as soon as we got into a room. I had also asked for an updated shot record before leaving and did not receive it. Returned the next day and asked for it (again) and it was dated incorrectly. Then and there I decided I wasn't going to give this place another chance because they can't even document things correctly. I also won't go anywhere that makes you sign a "social media" form just to make themselves look good and avoid bad reviews.

I absolutely love this office Dr Mitra and the staff are always so knowledgeable and helpful! Dr Mitra is very personable and always comes in saying hello to my kids by name and takes the time to answer any questions I have. Morgan and Kayla in the front are always on top of things getting my kids in for appointments as needed! Love this office and staff.

Been calling to settle an outstanding balance. They put you on hold for forever, when they finally answer, you let them know you've been on hold for a while and that you just wanted to pay and the staff goes "well we are busy"....hah! Well I am too. I guess I'll just call back again. Click. The doctors are nice. We love Dr. Mitra. The staff? some needs customer svc training.
