I would not recommend this company. I had a shower remodel, where the installer did not lay the pan correctly and the floor held water that would not drain. Joe came back out to fix it, but did not fix the grout between the repaired section and the rest of the shower floor. The floor grout was left uneven, discolored, and looks terrible. Additionally, the rest of the shower was left messy after the work was done. There was grout clumps all over the shower walls, the floor outside the shower, and the bathroom walls. There was grout residue all over the shower walls and floors. I had to go buy grout haze remover and scrub the entire shower myself. The job site was not cleaned up after the job. The contractor used my cloth laundry basket as a trash can for tile and concrete debris (and didnt empty it), used my expensive bath towels to wipe up, used my newly remodeled bathroom sink to wash and left the sink stained and spotted. I am very disappointed in this job overall, especially the mess and the use of my personal belongings for the work.
