After working in the building trades and nuclear industry for over 55 years, working with both great and not good workers, I feel that I should give credit to your manager, Terry Lowman.
You should refer to him as your (SWAT) team, (SOUTH SHORE WATER " TERRY"), due to his help missing in action, almost single handed ,took on my meter relocation under a road.
His knowledge of the task, work ethics, and dedication to doing the job right for the customer, is to be commended, and his work standard should be used as a goal for your employees.
