From the first phone call Mike was great! I had to call with updated info while waiting at least twice and each time he was just as helpful and courteous as before. The driver was equally as great - they kept me updated on ETA and put me at ease. Hoping I dont need them again anytime soon but if I do, I would not hesitate to call Lake County Tow again.

They say they are a 24 hour company yet no one answers the phone past 11pm. When you do get a hold of someone after 20+ calls later of no one answering the phone they tell you its going to be an hour wait. An hour easily turned to 3+ hours of waiting and still waiting.. Ive tried contacting them another 20 + times to get an eta as to when theyll be arriving since 3 hours done came and went. NO ANSWER!!! Im disappointed because Ive used this company plenty of other times and have had little to no issues at all. Service: Car towing
