Great lunch menu!

First time here, ambience looks great, service terrible, been here for over 30 min still waiting for tacos where’re in the people who came after us are already eating and we are still waiting, the management needs to look into the same. So finally the food arrived, presentation 5 star food taste 1 star no flavor, the chicken is bland had to put different salas to make it taste better, I was excited about the place but it’s a big turnoff. No more Mesa21.

VERY Authentic! Wow! Very consistent. Every time the same super-high quality and great value. Delightful servers. Great ambience. I recommend highly.

Stood waiting to be seated for several minutes with no fewer than 4 employees walked by without acknowledging us. The manager ended up seating us. Waiter was friendly. Other staff that ran food was incompetent. The chicken tinga tasted like gasoline. The brisket and sides were bland. This is the first and last time we eat here.

Waited 15 min and received no service at our table while 2 parties that were seated after us, (sat behind and in front of us) were served. And the party of 3 that was seated 5 min after was greeted by the manager who took their drink order. This was the first time we ever went there and definitely the last.
