Ive been a customer for 2.5 years now. Started when I bought a refurbished Roland SP540v from them. They then became my supplier as I am very loyal to companies that return the favor. Ive had very minimal issues with my machine, even being used. The issues I have had have been fixed over the phone without having to send anyone out.
Been in the printing business (more so screen printing) for 10 years now and I have come to learn many issues are user error or driven. It can be frustrating and you may even want to blame the manufactures or distributors but from my experience with FGS, they have been super friendly, helpful, sent me field manuals so I can service myself (as I like it that way).
Anyways, just wanted to leave a 5 star here as that was my experience with them. Keep up the good work! You friends at Printboy in Titusville!
