Hands down the worst company Ive ever dealt with as a type 1 diabetic.
Id this rating could be -5 stars it would be.

I've been trying to get an order sent out since November of 2023 and to this day it has not gone out. My husband and I have called almost every week to get this straightened out but every time there is something wrong and we fix the issue but yet again there's a new issue. When you call them there's always a wait time of almost 30 minutes and your problem remains. This company is horrible as of today I'm done with them.

Worst company EVER!!! A month ago they said I had a $1250 deductible, which I knew that I didnt. I paid it anyways because I need my insulin pump supplies to stay alive (literally). Now that my insurance company paid the full amount, proving I was NOT responsible for ANY deductible, they REFUSE to refund my $1250. I spent 5 hours on the phone today and nobody cares and nobody could help me. If I dont get my $1250 back by 5pm today, I wont have the money to buy my insulin. So I will be a type 1 diabetic patient going without insulin, because CCS medical stole $1250 from me. I explained all this to them and they just dont care. If I survive the weekend, I think we should get together and file a lawsuit. Please reply if you would like to be part of this lawsuit.

Customer support is lacking. I sent an email for assistance on a monitor that was late in arriving. This has happened a few times. No response to the email. Customer service person appeared to read or state several times the same thing over that did not answer my questions. It appears needed medical supplies will continue to be late from time to time.
