        The young man who came was very personable but I believe that your company should give written instructions on using the oxygen machines both the large one and the portable. I have no ideas how to use the portable oxygen machine as that was not explained to me. If I had been given a sheet on instructions on using both the one that is plug in and the portable it would much more helpful. I need to call Austin Medical to find out how to use the portable one and how to charge it. Thank you, Lilly P
