We have been seeing Dr. Jackson-Curtis since my daughter was born almost 18 years ago. She came to the hospital to check her out. She is by far the mostly knowledgeable and respectful physician I have ever dealt with. Even if you do have to wait, which that has not been a problem in years, she is well worth it! Every illness and situation we have gone through over the years were always handled with confidence, knowledge, wisdom and respect for my position as the parent. I cannot say enough about how fantastic she is! Never have I had a problem with the staff. There have been different people over this many years, of course, and also some that have been there the whole time. They are responsive and professional.

I am shocked at some of these negative reviews! Dr. Danuta Jackson-Curtis is hands down the best pediatrician in Pinellas County, and the ONLY pediatrician covered by my insurance that is extremely accommodating for natural/holistic methods and natural birth. She really takes her time with my children and goes over every inch of their body with a fine toothed comb Im so grateful they are in her care and I trust her expertise. Ive also seen the nurse practitioner and she is excellent as well. I have a 12 year old, a 2.5 year old and a 6 month old and we have never waited more than 15 minutes in the 10+ times we have been there within the past two years. Maybe there was an issue with long waits in the past, but in my experience that is no longer a factor. Or perhaps some of the longer wait times are due to walkins. Ive also seen complaints about the front desk staff again, they have been caring, considerate and professional at every visit. I had an issue with a specialist referral not being received and they handled it promptly and followed up with me to make sure everything was all set. If you want a pediatrician that truly respects your values and your ability to know what is best for your family, then Dr. Danuta is the one.
