        I wanted to leave a review specifically because of a very helpful front desk attendant - Courtney went above and beyond to help ship home a souvenir that we couldn't take home on our flight. I appreciated her help so much! The hotel itself was a very typical Holiday Inn Express, nothing fancy but perfect for a quick getaway with the family. We always stay at HIE because we know exactly what we're getting, they're extremely consistent right down to offering the exact same breakfast at every hotel.

        Lovely rooms. Everything was just redone, and you can tell. I got the king bed room and it was bigger than what was pictured online which was a nice surprise. They supply you with Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap AND lotion which i thought was an awesome addition. Now i know i dont have to pack all my toiletries next time which saves so much time, space & hassle! There was no bathtub which I was a little disappointed about, as i rent rooms from time to time to have "me time" and get away from the kids & hubs and be able to soak without hearing "MOMMMMMM" every 5 minutes... but the shower was nice and it stayed hot no matter how long of a shower i took...so i was okay with that. The bed was big, comfy & clean (so was the room), and there was a mini fridge, a Kerrig and a microwave along with complimentary coffee, and an ice bucket with ice machines on all floors. The free breakfast was also nice. There was a good assortment of cold as well as hot items. Cereals, bagels, muffins all kinds of juices, along with pancakes, omelets, eggs, sausages and canadian bacon. There was yogurt & fresh fruit as well. Over all it was nice. Was it the cheapest room ever? No. But you get what you pay for and id rather spend the extra $100ish dollars and KNOW that im safe and clean and get a good quiets night rest. Overall I was very happy with my stay!
