Bob's Carpet & Flooring - Corporate Office Only

Well we bought carpet and hard flooring from the Lakeland store. The worst experience I’ve ever had. First Melissa came to our house to measure that was fine. Told us we could have our new home done in 1 to 2 weeks tops. After about a week we called her messaged her she would not respond we never got an install date she told us she would call us the very next morning with a date. We patiently waited over a week Since we couldn’t get a response we went to the store.we spoke to a man there. He told us there was nothing he could do for us it’s not his sale. 🤬 Melissa then came in we spoke to her. She gave us a date she blames mike said he was supposed to call us Ok all good The day before install mike called and canceled our install said someone els needed there’s done fist OMG Tried for days to get Melissa again. Finally another date the carpet guys came did the install but we were told we have to wait for our plank flooring 2 weeks more we are now on 3 weeks from that 1 to 2 weeks install promise. We finally got our hard flooring it was miss measured not enough flooring. Wth. Chris the install guy is from out of town but he did what he could to help. We were told we had to wait 2 more weeks with a half done kitchen floor 🤬 we contacted Melissa she did get our flooring. And was done that day after a lot of anger. Well we finally got the work done. Now we sat down looking over our paper work seen we were over charged by a lot Trying to get a hold of Melissa she is avoiding us like the plague. I would never use this company again. Worst experience ever.

Jeremy was a huge help with our warrant on our carpet. Thank you Jeremy. Great customer service!!! And we are still under warranty, yay!

Me and my mother in law came to pick up tile. The guy that works in the warehouse, James I think his name is, was nice enough to pull his fork lift out into the street where we were parked, so we would'nt have to load it all by hand. Thanks to the warehouse house for saving us from back pain. LoL

After giving my required deposit... having the store manager confirm that they stand by what they say... calling the night before and confirming that the installers will be there by 9 am. I was told they would be there between 9 and 10 am. At 9:30 THE DAY of the installation; the store manager called to say that when they went to the warehouse the flooring was not there. Isn’t that a basic requirement of a confirmation call??? I’m 83 and worked the whole week cleaning out the room for the new flooring; to receive a “I’m sorry the flooring isn’t here “ ten minutes prior to the installers arriving. We went with a company that we thought had a good reputation for integrity and honesty. You would think that getting customers in the door, being able to give good recommendations is important... not only does this saddens, but I’m absolutely worn out preparing for the new flooring. How can you believe anything these people say.... even right up to the last minute.
