If I could give a zero I would (as someone else wrote in the reviews). I did a prepaid, no refundable transaction with HOTWIRE (Hot Rate). I was totally surprised when I headed to the car rental to call for pickup and was told by other transportation personnel that the Thrifty location was closed. I said, 'But I have a reservation for this evening" they replied--They do this all the time.. leave people stranded and left to secure another last minute car rental.. Not the easiest at 8 pm on a Saturday evening...let alone the increase in cost...MY appreciation to ACE car rental who picked up the slack for those of us stranded...

This is not at the airport, it is at the Holiday Inn. Waited a long time for shuttle, called, and the guy said it would be 20 minutes. Fortunately he had no idea and the shuttle showed up right then. We had reserved a 4-door midsize car, for our family and luggage to fit, but we were told that our only option was a pickup truck, which was dirty inside. We've managed to get by so far on our vacation with the pickup. We will be returning the truck tomorrow morning, and there is no early morning shuttle back to the airport for either Thrifty or for the hotel. We were told we need to get a taxi. Please avoid.
