The company is very unprofessional! Hr is not helpful they are not a good company! They are rip offs!

I had an interview set up. Recruiter was redundant would not listen to what I was saying. I stated 4 different times I am available most evenings and she kept coming back with “so you can’t work evenings”. After the fourth time I told her no that’s not what I said she informed me she could not continue with the process and disconnected the call. I called back to get another recruiter and was told I was listed as rude. I attempted to explain the conversation and what took place, was placed on hold, and then hung up on. Company needs new “recruiters” as these are not professional at all and only hear what the chose to.

I’ve only “worked” here for 2 weeks now and I had to miss one day due to my dad being in the hospital, was taken out of training even tho proper documentation was provided, contacted the HR manager And was informed I world normally have to wait 90 DAYS to enter a new trading class but it was waived just for no one to still contact me regarding a start date! I’ve been patient and understand of rules and regulations however they do not care about any personal issues that may or may not arise. Other than that 8 systems with all different passwords had to get them reset everyday in order to clock in very unorganized ***update I still have NOT received my paycheck this is the most unprofessional situation I’ve ever been in regarding my paycheck, they didn’t put the APT letter on my check and are blaming me for the error when I clearly put the apt letter on the application and everything else I’ve been speaking with a Gabriella and at first she was extremely helpful and now she does not even care. This is my first job since COVID and me having a baby and I’m so behind it’s ridiculously this was supposed be a great job with great people and great pay but all I got was a headache and a lawsuit. CHECK PLEASE ! CHECK PLEASE !
