The bowl comes out (I just dropped $15 + 20% for a regular size, keep in mind) with a few slivers of chicken, literally ONE (1) tiny piece of broccoli, one SLICE of zucchini, a good amount of cabbage (cheapest ingredient) AND ... it's all cold. Rice, chicken, all of it.
How did THAT bowl get past the whole staff? No one saw an issue?
That said, the counter guy was super-friendly and he made me a new one that was actually pretty tasty with a decent amount of food. So they CAN make a good bowl! It is possible. It's certainly not a good value! But it was a decent, mall food court-style teriyaki bowl.
But also like 4 employees were having a strategy meeting while I was eating (I'm the only person in the place) and most of the tables were dirty. Which makes me worry about the kitchen because let's face it, how you do 1 thing is how you do everything.
So I feel like this one comes down to the mgmt. 2 stars because they DID make a good bowl on take 2 and were cool about it.
