So I was over to dream homes about 2 months ago for the very first time and looked at some homes, the first one I looked at was called the aimon when I was there 2 months ago the house was $234,900.. I was there the other day talking about the same house that is a "lot model" that they're selling here's the funny part it's "on sale" $234,900 lol wowww when talking to a gentleman named James and I said I was there 2 months ago and the house was that price how is it on sale now he got snotty and said that's the sale price it's not coming down anymore, dude take a deep breath it was just a question I don't understand how a couple months ago the price was that a few months later the price is quote on sale come on get over yourself, they had a house there it was called The farmhouse that one was $274, 900, bit expensive due to the fact I called another manufactured company out in Tampa has the same exact farmhouse for $175,000 the name of the other company is suncrest in Tampa check them out, I can also go to St Augustine and buy the aimon that I want built never walked in not a lot model for $183,000, do your research and look around before you jump in to this company here.
