        Needed to change provider. My 1st office visit...Was Judgemental, Arrogant, Condescending, Has no trust in patient, Patient has no chance to speak, Dr was slanderous in mention of former partner. Had made up his mind prior due to his ill will towards patient's former Dr. out of network hense the change of provider. Don't waste your time. They will only jeopardize your mental health to which they are prejudice, disrespectful, and have no compassion for your state of health. I had to leave in tears. Broken, mistrusted, wrongly diagnosed with other issue, belittled, and heartbroken by what he said, implied, and I felt psychologically abused. And this MONSTER had the nerve to send me a bill. He will never see a penny from me. I should've sued his practice and him. I don't think he is any longer in network of my insurance company.

        Dr Shores should be ashamed. Nobody should be told that they are a "Burden" by their own doctor. The lack of compassion shown is disgusting.
