        Great office staff , Great Doctors! Definitely recommend

        The front desk staff is usually kind and courteous. However, that's if you even get to talk to them because they never answer the phone. I have been in the office sitting waiting to be called back and witnessed the phone just ring and ring, and no one pays any attention to the ringing phone. They just continue talking amongst each other. I have also witnessed that the front desk phones are now kept on mute, so now they don't ring at all when someone is calling. The only way they know if someone is calling is if their eye catches the blinking red dot on the phone when there is an incoming call. When you're in the office, pay attention to the details I'm pointing out, and you will see for yourself.
