Took my money, left me to figure it out, wasted my time, and wasted my business time. Sales rep said it was $13-14/mo for 2 years for the 13. I get my receipt and its $729 over 3 years. Unknowingly, they made a new plan with a new # and also threw on a monthly insurance bill. Then I asked for them to help me and give me more information, they said I had to call Customer Service. I asked to return it, they said call customer service. After days of hassle, I managed to return the phone after visiting a much better location, but Im still out of about $55. I paid $55 to call customer service and locations for 3 days. These guys took my money and wasted my time. I went to another store and I had a solution in 5 mins
