We rented a golf cart during our stay at South Seas. The golf cart we were given would not drive smoothly unless we floored it, which is unreasonable when driving around the resort. It would repetitively jerk forward and then slow down if the accelerator wasn't fully depressed, even with a steady foot. We did not feel safe using this particular golf cart, especially with our children, so the next morning we called Sunny Island to let them know about our issue and ask if we could return it. The man on the phone said, "Oh, is it the blue one?" It was. They clearly knew about the issue when issuing us this golf cart. They apologized for not letting us know about the issue ahead of time, but they still charged me >$200 for the

Great carts, however too strict on return policy, we picked up later on our pick up date after letting them know due to thunderstorms (left a Voicemail). However got charged $50 because no one told us what time it needed to be back on the return date. 3rd time using this company but will be getting a Moke rental next year. Price is too much for the quality of carts and service. $50 fee to lose a lifetime of loyalty as we visit the island 3x a year every year. Will be using SanCap Moke after recommendations from this other islanders next year.

Ive used this place twice for golf cart rentals and it was always a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend them to anyone!

We rented a golf cart for five days. Upon returning it, they pinned minor sratches on us and charged us $100 for damage which was previously there on the plastic panel. Make sure to take a video of the entire golf cart before taking it(if you decide utilize them), so they cant pin previous scratches on you. We also were not able to pick it up on the original day, due to flight delays and they charged us for that missed day and a late pick up fee. The employee proceeded to badger me in questioning the legality of their process. I recommend you rent a car as it will cost the same.
