Chamberlain garage door opener installed about a year ago which failed last week. M&L replaced the Chamberlain under warranrty at no charge. Excellent service. Please cancel negative review of Sept' 23.

very expensive, they charge me $825 dollars for replacing garage door opener, its like $600 for two hours of labor,

awfully rude and condescending. charged $375 for labor, which is grossly over priced. others with the same operating system were charged $300 for labor and springs in my neighborhood. very rude and snarky. i will be telling everyone to avoid this company at all costs

He was very professional, knowledgable and efficient. Came to fix the garage door springs the same day and advised us why the spring broke and corrected the rollers as well. Highly recommend them.

Called them on Friday. Owner said he'd be here today Monday and give me a free estimate. No obligation. Well he immediately analyzed the situation: I had a Genie door opener that was 26 years old. An old Thumbscrew type that just gave out. He told me the various makers of door openers and said he mainly uses the best: Chamberlain. I quickly checked and found out that was correct according to independent studies. Told me the cost to replace and I also checked: His numbers were definitely in the ball park. But he said he would personally add 3 more years to the six year manufacturer guarantee and install a second Chamberlain on my single car door but a chain link versus the slightly more expensive belt which I picked for the two car garage door. He arrived earlier than he said; I agreed to the price. Six hours later the entire job was done. He spent the time to show how the various openers worked and that I could also control with my cell phone. I was extremely pleased with his work, his honesty, and guarantee. I would highly recommend M& L Garage located in Coral Springs. By the way I am in Naples.
