We can’t say enough good things about Doug! If you are looking to refinance, Doug is your guy! My husband and I were first time homeowners in 2018. We decided to refinance December of 2021 and it was the best decision we ever made. Being first time homeowners and not knowing much about how to go about things, Doug was SO helpful and efficient! He was available whenever we needed him at all hours! We have a young family and it was so nice to be able to speak to him after our kids went to bed. We were looking to pay off some credit cards and Doug was able to keep them open for us, as Wells Fargo refinance I was mandated to close them. We will never use anyone else to refinance! Doug and his team are the BEST! The process is a breeze and he is available every step of the way! I have recommended him to many friends and coworkers and they all agree... he's 5 star EVERY time! Highly recommend!!! :)

Doug is THE guy to call for answers. He is so patient and responsive (even when I asked the same questions a time or two!). Honestly the mortgage process can be nerve wracking but Doug is the guy you want to keep you calm, focused, and informed while he finds the best option for your situation. I couldn't recommend him more highly!
