Realtor Robert Magda was professional and quick on all requests. He was knowledgeable and helped me decide to sell my vacant lot on the water vs. building a spec home on it. With the construction prices rising on a daily basis he was instrumental in helping me decide to sell the lot. Most realtors charge 10% commission on bare land, but with Robert I was only charged 6%. Robert did an outstanding job of understanding my preferences and applying them to current and coming inventory. He is extremely responsive and worked with a sense of urgency when opportunities were presented. Robert is a fair and honest negotiator and helped me get a great home in my desired location for a fantastic price. He was extremely helpful in all aspects of the transaction. I enjoyed working with Robert and highly recommend his services.

Robert has been fantastic to work with. He has consistently followed up each and every time and has truly had our best interest at heart. We are boaters and have been looking for a home on the water close to the river and gulf. Robert knows the complexities of the canals and lock systems unique to Cape Coral and was a great resource for us. He went well above and beyond to ensure the homes we narrowed our search to met our boating needs first before we then went to see the properties. Lastly Robert went out of the country for a month and stayed in contact and was fully accessible to us. We only met Robert a few months ago via one of his listings and were just so impressed we moved forward with him as our realtor. I haven’t left many reviews on websites before but wanted to hopefully help others who are potentially looking for waterfront. Especially if you’re a boater make sure you work with someone who knows the canals and inter-coastal waterways. It makes a tremendous difference and will make your searching far more effective.
