I was treated like family. They were so amazing! Daniel, Ian and Bill all took such good care of me. They were like dealing with my family. I was pleased beyond any expectations I had. We had water damage from our hot water heater on a Sunday morning. ServPro was called and within an hour 2 of their representatives showed up to assess the issues and put a plan together. I cannot say enough about Daniel Line, the crew chief. Professional, courteous, and very conscience in everything they were doing. I highly recommend ServPro and Daniel Line. Everyone at ServPro were very courteous and professional throughout the entire process, from scheduling through to the estimating process. Sean Millette was our service tech and was fantastic. He explained everything he was doing in performing his estimate and the equipment used; very hi-tech and very impressive.
