I contacted Nick for a clogged drain and after spending a good amount of time on the phone with me, he explained how coming out to try to unclog it would only be a short-term fix and not a good use of my money, based on the age of my home. It's likely a much more complex job and I'm renting, so he suggested that I contact the rental company. If I owned this home, I would definitely hire Nick to come out and work his magic, based on his expertise AND his integrity to not come out and charge me for a job that he knows would be a short-lived band-aid.

This company is ran by a derelict drunk. While he was at my place you could smell the alcohol on his breath. And he couldn't walk a straight line.

Glad we found Nick of Southwest Florida Drain Doctors before we went with this other company, which would have beeen the best quote out of the three we spoke to. Our neighbor stopped us and told us not to do anything before we called Southwest Florida Drain Doctors. Our septic backed up causing clogged drains, clogged toilets and a horrible smell. Nick was thourough with his inspection, gave it to us straight, explained the issue and the cost. They were more then fair compared to the other scam artists quoting twice as much, 2 companies without even coming out to the house. Nick then got right to it and had us up and going in no time. He then took the time to make sure there would be no other issues in the near future we would have to worry about after we had already paid and tipped. Its few and far between In Southwest Florida having come from up North that Ive found to be fair, honest and fast! Well recommend them to everyone hoping this will be the trend of locating other Fast yet reputable companies, cause we love it here!
