Went there and they were rude. And the cup cakes tasted like crap

Of the local cupcake bakeries, I think that So Sweet has the most moist and flavorful cupcakes, and I particularly enjoy the filled Key Lime cupcakes. They're also super accommodating towards custom requests, and have always been willing to put a few cupcakes aside to be picked when I haven't made orders in advance. My only complaint is that the Facebook page (where the daily offerings are posted) isn't updated on a consistent basis, and sometimes I'd rather just check the page in the morning rather than waiting until they open and call.

I dont know about the cakes but the customer service is beyond pathetic and shameful. Valentine's Day, my fiancee was hoping to send her mother somthing special and was explaining to him that she's a leukemia patient in isolation for bone marrow transplant, has been seperated from her mother (treatment requires in hospital, in another state), asking his help to get somthing to her mother who is dying and unable to come. "WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME!!?" He sais. She was shocked & stunned & asked if this was his typical response to a client informing him s/he is a cancer patient, to which he barked "WE can't help YOU!! Before slamming the phone down. So sweet perhaps, with a horriffic heart and appalling lack of humanity. Do not honour this pathetic excuse for a human bieng with your business if anyone you care about has ever been touched by the horrors of cancer, or if you believe in karma.
