    aircon was installed by this company in 2018 and serviced since then. now that the aircon has a problem and creating condensation, they are not taking responsibility or even any effort to find the issue. tec did not even know how to trouble shoot. had to hire a different company. very disappointed in them .

Got me back running with cool air just days after hurricane Ian knocked out my old unit. Two great technicians performed all the work in just a few hours. Would recommend this company to anyone?     This air conditioning company is one that you can trust to give you the best service for the best price. They installed our new AC a few years ago and we have had no issues at all. This company do offers annual maintenance at a discounted rate. I highly recommend this company for all of your air conditioning and heating needs. Service: A/C system maintenance

    Please be careful before using this company. They installed the heating and air conditioning in our new construction home. In the first year the refrigerant leaked out 3 times. First visit they said it was just settling out, and refused to check for leaks. Its to time consuming Lol. As it was under warranty I let it go. The next time the AC stopped working was 3 months later, still under warranty. They found a leak on the high pressure line at the outside condenser. Of course, this was leaking since day 1. They had to re-braze the line. Again refused to look further for issues that would cause further trouble. About 3 months later, again , the AC system wasnt cooling. This was a few days before thanksgiving. I called and was told they couldnt service our unit until after the New Year 2022. I explained that waiting from Thanksgiving to after New Years to fix a system that has NEVER worked properly was unacceptable. My 92 year old mother, on oxygen with COPD needs the AC to work in order to breath comfortably. The office staff said well you should have bought our service contract when we offered to you. Why would I buy a service contract when youve never got my system to operate without leaks? I was told I could hire another company at my cost to repair the system thats what I did. American Mechanical came out and refilling the refrigerant. Found a valve installed improperly and showed me that they never installed the hurricane tie down straps as required by code. I repeatedly left messages and emailed this company after the New Year to come out and complete the installation and install the hurricane straps. They have NEVER returned my calls or emails. Im sure they wont respond to this either. Services: Installation, Heating system installation, Install AC

When we sent the technician to troubleshoot, he was able to diagnose the problem. However, since our company does not specialize in the issue found we recommended you find a company that could solve the problem. Dear Mr. Abrahams:Our office staff works very hard to provide the kind of service that keeps our customers happy. We appreciate your feedback and would like to offer some clarification regarding the details you mention in your review.Please be advised, the installation of your unit passed Inspection, by the City of Cape Coral, in May of 2020.When we were first called regarding your AC issues, we did schedule a technician to come to your home and troubleshoot the unit. We also added refrigerant, at no charge to you, as the unit was under warranty. Please note, all new installs come with a 10-year warranty on parts and compressor through the manufacturer and a 1-year warranty on labor with our company.When you called about your unit in November, we did not have anyone available to accommodate your request because we had several technicians out of town and the office was dealing with COVID. As a safety precaution, we were not taking on any appointments during that time.Mr. Abrahams, we spoke with you in November and explained why we would not be able to accommodate your request for service until after the first of the year. During that phone call, you did advise us that you would be making a bad review online.Furthermore, in regards to this review, as we discussed extensively during our phone call, we do not offer a “service contract”. We only offer a non-contractual service for Annual Maintenance to our customers. This service is offered in order to prevent any unforeseen issues and to keep our customer’s unit(s) running efficiently.
