We just purchased our condo and arrived from NY for a weekend of quick work getting things in order. It was Saturday and when we walked in the condo, we knew we had a problem. It was hot! Our real estate agent reached out to Adam who came by to check things out on a moments notice. We were grateful for his response and we engaged Adam to replace the AC the next week when we were back in NY. Adam kept us informed through the process from afar and all went very well.

We recently experienced significant operational issues with our residential AC unit and Adam provided us with stellar customer service through the entire diagnostic and repair process. In the 100 degree Florida weather, having a working AC unit is critical. When we called Adam about our malfunctioning unit, and even though it was very late in the day, he scheduled a same-day service call to our home to address the issue. Adam was able to install a new motor to repair our unit the very next day (even though he was fully booked that day, he came to our home after 5 PM and installed the new motor so we could have the AC working again). My husband and I were extremely impressed by his responsiveness. It's difficult to find quality customer service and Adam completely "exceeded our expectations". We are happy AND cool thanks to Adam's hard work. I highly recommend his service to anyone that is in need. Thanks again Adam for your exceptional service and expertise!
