Well I first called for a extended warranty repair August 13th. I guess reliable in the name was made up. Still waiting. Promised to call me back, never does, just excuses.

I was closing up my TT and one of my slide-outs wouldn't retract in evenly. I called Reliable and owner/technician Jimmy Gross was out to my site at our agreed time. After examining the electrical system, he diagnosed the problem immediately. One of the two motors that retracts the slid-out had failed. To my surprise, he had the motor stocked right on his service truck. I watched him do the repair and he patiently educated me on the slide's electrical and mechanical system. Being somewhat mechanical myself, it was obvious that he was a professional at his trade. I would happily recommend Reliable RV service to anyone who encounters RV problems and wants the job done right the first time.
