Have you ever experienced Peace of Mind from a contractor? I myself have not and I have had a lot of work done on the two homes I have owned within the last 20 + years. For the first time I can honestly say I have peace of mind. I have an irrigation system that wasn’t installed/set-up as it should have been. I had to have an electrician rewire my well pump and then the experts came in. Matt and his team are fast and know what they are doing. Let me tell you, when I say Peace of Mind, I mean it with all I’ve got. I’ve been in my home for over 10 years and finally have an irrigation system so I can finally have a beautiful yard. Matt came out with his team and they were here for less than an hour. I explained my concerns, he walked me through my yard and explained everything to me. He replaced my control unit and adjusted several sprinkler heads so they were pointed in the right direction ensuring the proper coverage and looked over my pump. Matt suggested lengths of time for watering each zone to achieve the results I am looking for. His team replaced a broken sprinkler head and moved two sprinkler heads in to my yard (they were installed in my neighbors yard). When the two sprinkler heads were moved where they should have been, I didn’t have to say “please do not mess up my neighbor’s lawn”. I don’t know how he did it, but it looks undisturbed. There is no other irrigation company and team I would use other than Matt. Friendly, professional, courteous and they know their stuff!! If the weather interrupts his schedule, he calls and makes sure you’re aware of the schedule change. I can’t tell you how many times I sat at home waiting for an appt to happen and is a no show or calls days after. I am amazed and have recommended him to a friend of mine who also had him replace sprinkler heads at his home as well as the pump. I HIGHLY recommend Matt. I totally forgot to leave a review, apologize to Matt. We had the work done during 2020 while Covid was going However over a year later we are thrilled. We had called a total of 7 contractor's Matt was the first I made a mistake and wasted time dealing with other's.We felt right about him from the start! In the past we felt we should get 3 estimates What a joke. Most couldn't return a call. One in Fernandina was just rude and over the phone estimate Another who claimed to be run by a Veteran ( Veterans Landscape) was out in person doing a neighbor and did ours too. Apparently since the neighbors did excevation, landscaping, and irrigation they didn't care about just our irrigation. I had to call him that we never received his estimate.He told me to check the spam box, da like everyone does.Seemed irritated to send again. To shorten this up.Matt was on time always, always called ahead of time He walked the yard with my husband paying attention to his needs. Actually measured instead of just leaving in a rush claiming to look up a survey like Veterans. He did what he said and that is all anyone wants We even called him later about a problem, and he helps us narrow down that it wasn't the irrigation but a well check valve. I live in Duval County Jacksonville, FL I chose to contact Florida Rainmakers after performing a search for sprinkler system repairs when I saw that they were highly recommended by customers on HomeAdvisor and referred on Angie's List. I needed a broken line (turned out to be a zone valve and pipe) repaired and a couple of sprinkler zones investigated due to low flow. I spoke with Matt over the phone, he was courteous and professional and his estimated cost and estimated job duration based on my descriptions were more than acceptable. He arrived early in the window of time he agreed to and repaired the damaged pipe/valve line and resolved the sprinkler zone problems within the time he estimated over the phone. While working he answered questions I had about the systems and educated me on system operation and programming. He is the model professional. If you have a sprinkler system problem Florida Rainmakers should be the first place you call. I will use them again if I have any future issues with my sprinklers.
