The entire crew is fantastic. Pam in the office, John the sales rep and Brian our service rep are tops. Flexible with treatments as needs vary, quick response if re-treatment is necessary, Brian is respectful of our home and family including the 4 legged ones, is knowledgeable and professional and provides or suggests services only that are needed. Apex does not "oversell" their services or treatments and are very easy to work with for all our home treatment services. Services: Ant extermination, Flea & mite extermination, General pest inspection, Cockroach extermination, Mosquito extermination, Hornet & wasp extermination, Termite inspection

Terrible customer service do not waste your time! They only have 2 technicians for both pest and lawn services. They can not get out to see you in a timely manner. I was told the technician would be stopping by in a day or 2, a week later I had heard nothing. I called back and was given his info to call him directly. He did not pick up or return my call. Days later I spoke with the manager to try and get someone out. She was extremely rude and aggressive and unprofessional. She basically told me they were too busy and didnt care to have my business or come out and perform the estimate that I was told was suppose to happen for lawn services. I will be going with a larger more professional company I suggest you do the same. Service: General pest inspection
