Wow ... it's been a long time since I've experienced such an excellent degree of service. Stacie was amazing! She was assigned to help me retrieve items from my car before I left it. I expected to have someone simply point the way to my car ... so I could empty it. Instead, Stacie said "Go get your ride and bring it around back here, I'll help you get your items." When I got back around to her, she had emptied the whole car ... seat covers, Weathertek floor pads, even my Sunpass ... things I never would've thought to take. I can only imagine how nice life could be if we had more Stacies here on Planet Earth. Thank you Stacie ... you brightened my whole day!!!! ,Geoff

Tow truck operator saved me a bunch of money by getting me back on the road without towing. He could have just towed me but instead offered a solution that really helped me out. Shows care for the customer rather than just making a buck.

Mike's did a great job repairing the damage to my car and their customer service exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in the door, Nick did a great job at putting my mind at ease and explaining exactly what would be done. The 2nd time I walked in the door, the ladies knew my name, so everyone is really on the ball there. If you are having insurance work , and worry about quality being sacrificed for cost, then this is the place to bring your vehicle. That they back up their work with a lifetime warranty says it all. And the pictures should help. Unfortunately, this car was totaled while I sat at a red light. Of course, before knowing it was a total loss, I had the car towed to Mike's, since I was so happy with the previous repairs and service. But even though the car was found to be totaled, and Mike's did not repair it, what did happen says a lot about them. The car was a tow in, which means they get to it when they can, in between those who scheduled repairs in advance. So, they could have sat on this and left me in limbo for weeks. But they did not, they notified the insurer of the car's condition within 2 days. so I was able to get a settlement and on with my life. I dealt mostly with John and Stacy, who were on top of things every step of the way, but from the ladies who work up front to the man that pried open my trunk, no one at Mike's makes me think for a second that they do not care about making the customer happy and at ease. Excellent service, staff responding to call and questions is excellent. I am from Canada and the insurance complexity were handle with "patience" and efficiency. The work done on my Lincoln is first class, I am happy with all of my business with Mikes bodyshop and surely recommend it. :-))
