Brandon Septic went above and beyond to solve our septic problem. They pumped our septic tank, and spent over an hour trying to clear a clogged drain pipe. When the clog proved too hard to clear, they called a plumber for us, and I'm sure the plumber came out right away because they called for me, as opposed to me calling them myself. I won't hesitate to call them again, and almost all of my friends and coworkers told me that they also exclusively use Brandon Septic. I can't recommend them enough! They were early, and affordable, and very professional.

Sam and Collin arrived early for their scheduled time, within minutes had located the tank, and were careful digging out the lid as to do the least damage to the lawn. They cleaned up, replaced the removed sod and it's as if they were never there. A+ work, I'd recommend them to anyone with septic issues. Thanks again Sam!

Highly recommend! I had a gurgling toilet and water started backing up in 2 bathrooms. I called Brandon Septic in a panic and they arrived 1st thing the next morning. After emptying the full tank, both toilets were still clogged. The owner identified where the clog was and suctioned the pipe until it was cleared at no extra charge.
