Mom was here for rehab the nursing staff, administration and PA Suzie was very understanding of her needs, caring and very informative to the family. The facility was clean and order free. It made her stay very pleasureable.

My friend spent about 4 weeks there and it was a good experience. The staff and nurses were very helpful and professional. And Sam the receptionist was exceptional!

My wife was sent here after a hospital stay. Here's my review. There is not enough communication between staff. There are some great workers and then there are others. My wife is allergic to shellfish, they served her crabcakes for dinner one night. They noticed she was dehydrated so ordered her 2 units of liquid. One was given immediately, three days later, after the IV was pulled they reinserted the IV to give her here second unit. I asked for her to be discharged, but said "we'd be leaving at 2:30 PM. I was assured that this would be "OK" by the Social worker "DeShawn." Well it turned out we were told to leave the room at 1:30 PM. A nurse gave us a clear plastic trash liner with my wife's medications, and a folder of discharge instructions. She did not go over anything. We were asked to leave pronto cause they needed the room. They did not go over the medication instructions and upon getting home I noticed 2 of the medications were missing. I CALLED THE FACILITY AND I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM THE UNIT MANAGER REGARDING THE MISSING MEDICATIONS. Good luck, hope your stay is better then ours was.

This is the worse facility. They only take care of the patients/families that they like.. The rooms are not cleaned properly. Please do not respond with call your executive director. My mom is now dead and I kept telling you PA that she had an UTI and that she didnt look good and your facility didnt take the time to listen to my complaints. If a family member didnt call me to let me know early that morning that she didnt look good. I wouldnt have know until I got there later on.
