Been going here for over 5-6 years..the staff has ALWAYS treated me fantastic, never had to wait for my appointment, etc..
That was until this past Friday 3-10-17..I was called at around 2p.m. for what I thought was an appointment confirmation for my Monday appt, but to my surprise I was told my appointment was being cancelled due to them not having any doctors in the facility! When I asked about new Drs coming in, the only answer I was given was "We don't know", and was told to find a new Dr and they would send my records. Not only was the lack of notice unacceptable, but being on meds that you're not just supposed to stop taking is endangering my health!
Scrambled to find a new Dr, and called office today, 3-14-17, to find nobody answering the phones?? Are they shut down? Out of business? I am so completely disappointed, and now angry that I can't get my medical records from them, as I was told I would be able to, jeopardizing my appointment with the new physician this Friday...
Unbelievable to me that people are allowed to do this to people, like it's nothing. I've always had such great experiences there with the staff and Drs, this absolutely blows my mind! VERY VERY upset right now, among other things.

This place is ridiculous! Nasty office the doctor keeps a dog in the office with him and is barks and walks the halls! This is not a professional business or managed well. The technicians all arughe in front and talk about patients. The dr. McMullen is not professional or considerate. He asked questions that had nothing to do with my head cold at all. Personal questions. It felt very weird...he was not gentle when looking in my ears or throat hurt me and made me feel uncomfortable...like creepy uncomfortable. I only went there because I have no insurance and its 40 bucks but I will pay full price for a REAL DOXTOR somewhere else. WILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! Be careful this place is aweful.

Very & extremely unprofessional!! EVEN for a low income walk in service. The people that work there have the nastiest attitudes & aren't afraid to show them. And let's not get to the unqualified creeps posing as doctors!!! They aren't even allowed to prescribe penicillin for a tooth infection😒. Strange. That's the most known antibiotic for dental interactions. The receptionist demanded I accept the amoxicillin-clavaunate prescription which isn't any stronger but does cost more to be filled! Do they get a profit by me filling the prescription at the pharmacy because the way I was lied tou would think they do!! Never will I return here. They even have used cars for sale in front where their sick customers should park!! Just horrible. I hated the treatment there.
