        I wrote a glowing review for this company a couple of months ago when I purchased insurance for a rental property, but here I go again. I received a non-renewal letter from the company that insures my primary residence. That's always very unnerving! I called Excellence First and they were on it right away. Jon was the agent who handled this matter for us. His research on the best policy for us was thorough and timely. His follow through was excellent. He went a step further and researched flood insurance for us. Our home is now fully insured with reputable companies and at a cost savings.
