would give less than 1 star if I could, the guy was not very nice on the phone when I 1st called to make appointment, charged me $225 to change out a part, gave me a 90 day warranty on part, it lasted less than a week. When I called to tell him that, again he was nasty on the phone, he said he would have to change out a different part and charge me and additional $200 stating that the original part he changed could not possibly be bad, must be something else. Stand behind your 90 day warranty much? NOT

I bought a new stand alone ice maker and it never worked. Instead of trying to ship it back, I called Appliance Geek and he responded immediately and confirmed an appointment. He showed up on time and prepared. He got to work and fixed the ice maker quickly. He showed us what was wrong and gave us some tips on keeping the machine in good working order. Cleaned up the work area and thanked us for our business. Very profesional. Would use again! Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

Jon came out when I couldn't find anyone else to. He throughly checked out the problem with my stove and was able to return with the needed part and fix my stove. Honest, trustworthy service. Service date 4/7/22
