Horrible doctors office. Terrible service... That is if you can get them to answer the phone. Which 90% of the time I can't. Do not go here.

*UPDATE* (03/22/2019) this practice continues to run UNDER STAFFED!!!!!!, continues to have client communication problems and the employees are still not being treated fairly in the work place. Doctors, Managers and Clients keep blaming the Staff for their incompetence. There are past employees still waiting for paychecks owed to them and there 2018 W2's so they can file their taxes. This Company is not even paying their company business bills on time either. I don't know how this place manages to stay in business. The Owners and Managers just don't seem to care enough to do the RIGHT THING!!!!!!!!!!!!. I don't even know how this place is getting a 3 STAR????????????????. This place is a ZERO STAR. The Owners don't even have the integrity to read the reviews on this page and address the issues themselves.Original Post,This Company was recently bought out by a group of Physicians. I don't know how it was run prior to that, but I can definitely tell you that the problem with this Company falls on the Owners and the Managers of this Company, not the STAFF. I personally know a few of their employees and they tell me what goes on in their offices. Low level employees that work in the Medical Field are frequently blamed for the down falls of the Owners and Managers of these establishments. They are always short staffed (HIRE MORE SUPPORT STAFF!!!!!) The staff are usually underpaid and under appreciated by the The Owners, The Managers, Customers and even the Doctors. This is why they are always losing good employees, not just the ones they FIRE!!!! I don't know her last name, but the Manager Gaby is very young and lacks the maturity required for this position. She really does not know what she is doing and is very UNPROFESSIONAL with the Staff that she is in charge of supervising. Just like the Owners and HR Gaby is quick to blame the staff for their own incompetence. My advise to the Owners, HR and Gaby are be professional, treat your STAFF FAIRLY and with RESPECT!!!!!! Also address the problems you are having with your Clients and your Staff fairly as well. (Owners) the stories that your Clients, Doctors and Gaby are telling you are not always the TRUTH or the FACTS!!!! I hope this review clears up a lot of things for anyone thinking of going to this place.
