My experience at T-mobile was phenomenal! Jesus has A+ customer service. He made my transfer from verizon to t-mobile smooth and painless. Even at a lower price than what i was paying with verizon! I would highly recommend this store to everyone. Give him a raise!

My first time into this store Glenn and Nick made me feel important, like family, not a customer(They greet EVERYONE who walks in their store with a welcome). I explained to Nick and Glenn my problem with another cell carrier and instead of bashing them they offered me options. I left their store with extreme happiness. I felt relief from my previous carrier AND with A LOT of additional free features and products. Glenn and assistant Manager Nick know what they are doing and they provide customer satisfaction better than any cell carrier I've used. Thanks!

I would like to give a big shout out to Glenn T, and Nicolas B at T Mobile. these two young men gave us such great service today. They went above and behind to make us happy. When I say they took their time with us and help us out even when they was giving me a hard time on the phone. If you need a new phone please go and see them at the DeSoto Mall. thank you once again for the great service. I am very HAPPY.
