Tropic Treasure at 7710 34 Ave, Bradenton Florida was a nice place..however it kept us locked out the entrance gate because the management didnt have the right access code. We called and called but no one had it!!! Really!!! Cant recommend this situation and buyer be aware!

Our property manager AnnMarie has been great from the start--She has been there from the beginning to consult with us about becoming a rental and all the decisions that need to be made along the way. Then as we have moved forward, we were informed about all the potential tenants and was there to answer any questions or concerns we had about the process as we had no previous experience in renting our home. It's been stress free and as long as you have AnnMarie on your side--- you will be in good hands!

Another win-win for the tenant and the owner. My washing machine broke recently and as soon as I called Gulf Coast the machine was diagnosed. The mess was cleaned at. I'm still wearing clean laundry!! . I've never had such a great experience as a renter and in this challenging market. Being a renter with Gulf Coast has a lot of value add!! Thank you Mr. Bodager and your staff!!!

We have utilized Gulf Coast property management for the last 4 years with very little requests for additional communication from our side (owners). Our tenants have been awesome and in our rental for all 4 years. We are at the end of our agreement and have had the bare minimum of guidance or assistance in closing out our lease. No details or plan communicated to us regarding: the notification of our intent to end/not renew our lease with our tenants; arranging for pickup of our keys, garage door openers; or return of our tenants security deposit to us so that we can in turn refund our tenant if there is no damage. Maybe because we did not agree to their $500 fee to inspect the property and return the security deposit fee?? I thought that is what we have paid you for monthly for 48 months??? Also - we have had at least 4 different property managers over the last four years and none of them return phone calls promptly, unless you are ready to renew your lease agreement with them. This is unacceptable. Think twice before you turn your property over to this company. ** After several attempts, management has contacted us and provided the direction and assistance that we originally requested from our property manager. Based on Scott Bodagers (Management) response and professionalism, Ive changed my review and advise all to copy him on corresponding that goes unanswered! Thank you, Scott!!
