        First time visiting and we had a great experience. It's a small arena which means great seats for all. Parking was free and close to the entrance. Acoustics were good. If you have the time come early and visit some of the great nearby beaches.

        Fantastic!!. Saw Floyd Nation in concert here. Great sound, terrific view of the stage. Seats are very comfortable, and they have walking room between the rows. Will be going here again..

        Very nice theater, but it made me feel tipsy while leaving theater area to the lobby. The hallway floors were very pitchey (very uneven, and lop sided). Had me puzzled as to WHY! Difficult for the elderly on a cane or a walker.
